Found this in Tesco's!

Bought a pack of these in Tesco's the other day, don't know what they're like but they seem a decent size for making up ration packs.

yeah they're decent for a brew kit. i scavanged a pile from a hotel i was at during the weekend.

They taste fine - better than the average UHT

You need about three for a good sized brew so expensive, better off with tubes of condensed milk or small cans of evaporated milk.

YAY! i love my UHT, my nan used to give me Steralised with my tea and cerial growing up and i flippin love them!
SWMBO would rather eat a live mouse then drink either stera or UHT

Asda use them in their restaurants, they are next to the cutlery just by the coffee machines......

I just use Kenco 3 in 1 coffee sachets not bad for powered milk
or 2 in 1 if you dont like suger

I "borrowed" some from a BHS restaurant a few months ago, like Red says they taste better than normal UHT.

I'm happy drinking it black, so one is fine for me for a whiff of luxury.

Ahhhhhh! tablet! A luxury item and survival ration combined..... Truly the Scots are a nation to be reckoned with. Does he add vanilla like my gran used to Toddy? i think you should post a recipe for the uninitiated...

I use them along with the 3 in 1 and I add extra sugar.
Bar of chocolate and a fag...breakfast sorted.

I do. Measured out into a ziplock bag before I leave home, counted by the spoonful per cup. Number of cups per trip calculated then a couple of spares added. Did I mention I'm obsessive about carrying excess weight?

My inlaws used to drink the stera milk. I often called it 'bulls milk'

I usually take marvel with me for my brews.

Tried it.... just turned out looking gross.
My favourite was condensed milk in a tube (milk & sugar) but I can't find it any where.
So I'm in with the 3 in 1 boys now.

Tesco sell the tubes, look in the home baking section.

The German dried milk from Lidl's is about the best I've tried.
