Sorry to be so tardy with this
My list for February, and I have to admit I wasn't out much this month.

Sorrel (sourocks)
ransomes.......just there
willow bark
meadowsweet roots..........both these as painkillers, not foods
nettles,
hairy bittercress
primrose flowers
rosehips
dandelion, leaves and roots
jelly ears
oyster fungi
feverfew
sage
wild oregano
lesser celandine

We found a cluster of velvet shank mushrooms. Just a couple of days after a -7 freeze. They were delicious just fried in butter.....
