folding bowsaw

Hi guys, a while ago i read a post about someone building a wooden folding saw.
Do any of you know who this was as id like to ask him if he'd make me one, as if i recall they were evey bit as good as the woodlore ones.
Ive had a search but cant turn anything up.
Ive had a go myself but my woodworking skills sadly dont match my metalwork ones.
