Lovely aren't they :D

Are they rare or threatened? If not, is there anything they're used for?

cheers,
Toddy
In India the tubers are eaten raw or made into sweets. It increases the stamina and also enhances the performance of the body or so I am told ;) I’ve googled the latin name and come up with this site

Not sure how rare but I think we are not allowed to pick them?! I would love some in the garden but I would hate to limit other peoples enjoyment in the woods by picking them......unless I found thousands!!!D
