Without wanting to hijack the OP, I too would be interested in any input from people in North Wales that have found reliable places for flint. Not looking for loads, just a bag so I can practise fire-lighting techniques. If anyone has any guidance, I'd be very grateful. TIA.

Can do. What sort of size are you after, I can find big chunks or a load of palm sized bits depending on the planned project? And an approximate weight?

Royal Mail website will give you an idea of cost per kilo.

Hey mate. I was going to say 5kg but looks like you can post up to 10kg for the same price . Bigger pieces are generally better for me, so they can be used to make hand axes as well as arrowheads etc (plus they can look better for demonstrations etc )
