Well it's using stein 'skyline' rope. It's a little more fiddily than amsteel but cheaper at 30p a meter. The lower strength makes it fine for kids to use but probably not adults if you want 3x breaking strain to weight ratio.
Glad I can remember how to do them without looking anything up!
