What do you think? Knocked it up this afternoon, really easy to work with.

Maybe doesn't fit in with the Nessmuk knife style wise but very utilitarian with the ferro rod attachment held on with post screws.

Going to be making one for my Kabar and estwing double bit axe next.

Kydex isn't my cup of tea, but that looks like great and sturdy work! Well done mate :).

Thanks!

Did this on a really basic level, stuck the kydex in the oven on gasmark 1 to warm the my kydex, and knocked together a press out of scrap wood from a skip! Quarter inch rivets were pennies and the die to peen them over was a tenner.

Kydex is 2mm thick stuff and feels very robust fitted together.

Awesome effort...I fancy making one for my sheathless Miki. Did it cost much for the Kydex?
What's needed...
Kydex £5-£10 a sheet
Rivet die £15
Kydex Press, just time and a few screws and some foam
Rivets few quid
Grinder to shape the edges
Bit of time spent on YouTube tutorials
And just time and patience Lola's pretty easy
