First Ember

Just managed to get my first ember using the bow drill.Was out with Jason Sears at the weekend and he kindly helped me put a kit together and pointed me in the right direction,just had to wait a few days to let the drills season then I was easily able to get an ember.Happy Days.

Very well done. You could try with different materials, try it in front of a large audience, teach someone else etc to help confirm and extend your skills.
