you need to give the expiration dates as Wayne mentioned above. Anything that has expired is only good for the bin and shouldn't be sold.

I have a similar kit container but over the last fifteen years I've restocked pretty much everything in it.
I really don't pay much attention to the expiry dates, but my GF (A&E Doc) says I should put dates of items in the kit and check them twice a year (When we change to/from Standard from/to Daylight Savings Time.)
