they are good for a fire light
and 1 will do a brew i na crusader mug / cooker and 2 will do a brew and a boil in the bag

As far as I remember, that stuff is basicly greenheat gel.
It's ok, but I'd rather have a tub of vasaline/cotton wool for starting fires.
