National Land Survey of Finland has released its library of topography data and aerial photographs available through Internet for commercial and private use alike free of charge. Anyone can now download e.g. vector or raster map files to be used in Geographic Information System software or just to print out their own maps (see examples from the press release). The only requirement of publishing the processed data is that the source must be mentioned.
