Farid Knife. Survival Tube. Diamond Sharpener and Firesteel MOD Compass package.

Blade made and hardened by Farid Mehr, handled in dense micarta.

Kydex sheath.

Firesteel has compass attached to the cap, Brass survival tube has genuine MOD bubble compass attached to lid. diamond sharpening rod unscrews and allows sharpening in the field.

Lanyard with break feature attached for neck carry, but its ideally suited to be carried in a pack.

All the above attaches to the sheath to be carried in one package, the Survival tube, fire steel, diamond sharpener system can simply be removed if not needed, its attached with two bolts.

I think this is quite a good deal at £100, considering the prices of Farids blades alone are not cheap.

Do you know what steel the blade is?

I think it's one of Farids special steels. D6 I think.

Just to answer a questions regarding dimensions. Blade 10.5cm.. Overall 22cm. D6 steel.

The blade blank alone was £55.
