F1 alternative adjustable sheath?

i am looking for an alternative sheaf that opens [velcrow or popper] so i can put it though the sliplock tabs on my lowepro rucksack.
any suggestions thanks?

sliplock is lowpros attachment system i find molle also compatable.
i added a molle military pouch to this the belt is to thick for a fixed loop pouch but i can use the loops if the pouch can open
