Esbit stoves

Anyone know of a shop that still stock Esbit folding cookers.

They seem to be very difficult to find nowadays. I’ve found them on the tinternet, but the postage will double the cost of the item!

Seem to remember that Millets do them - but as with all of their stuff it tends to be copies!

All of my local surplus stores do them though

If you're going to a meet, you could get someone to get one for you?

Hi all, thanks for the help.

I’ve just bought one of the Trangia rectangular mess tins (very cute) and wanted a hexy burner to fit inside as I’m pretty sure I could get everything I really need to eat and cook in one. As they’re much smaller than the army issue tins, an army issue hexy burner won’t fit, hence the Esbit one.

I’ll try Millets, but I can’t think where the nearest on is. I’ve tried all my local shops and everyone just stocks the issue one!

Military mart do the normal folding one for £2

Thanks for that Mart, but the Outdoor Gear one is certainly an Army issue stove and too big for my purpose and, although the Military Mart one says it is an Esbit, I’m not 100% sure it is. Thanks anyway.
