In my ongoing quest to find the perfect sharpening system for me I bought this Edge pro Apex System about 3 weeks ago. Although excellent, it's not quite what I was looking for (more to do with me being cack handed than anything else). Hence it's up for sale...... after gentle nudging from SWMBO.
As I said, I bought it about 3 weeks ago and have sharpened 3 knives with it. It cost me £145 and I'd like £80 for it (including RMSD). Paypal preferred please.
