Edge finishers for leather

Fancy bumping up my leatherwork output with finishing my edges properly figured i would ask around on here first.

mainly looking for edge kote or dye and also an edge beveller if anyone has one. anything that puts a nice finish on an edge.

nae got much for trade at the moment, only a few books if interested:

As a budget option, the leather paint sold at Timpsons for touch ups works well, as does beeswax and a hairdryer. I burnish with a bit of buffalo horn.

cheers for the tip. i usually burnish with spit and a bone handled fork i picked up in a charity shop

I've also found it's a very sharp knife to be better at adding a bevel than my edge beveller - but takes a bit more practice to begin with.

aye think id prefer a beveller, more consistency than me with a knife.

also have a smal perma-lok needle for stitching if anyone fancies? ordered the wrong damn size
