Duracell Daylight vs Alpkit Gamma

Just wondering which of these two head torches is best i.e brightest, most robust, most practical etc.

need to know which to ask for for my birthday

We have the alpkit and a couple of petzels, although the petzel are flippin superb i wish we would have found the alpkit ones sooner cause we would have probably just used these. For the money they are great value amd don't take any room up when not in use.

The gammas are really robust, i have dropped them a few times and thrown them on to a hard table a few times by accident (forgetting they are on top of my wooly hat when whipping it off) and had no problems ar all.

the durracell is 80 lummens

not sure on the lumens but the gamma is a superb head torch, the multi modes are excellent and the high beam is intense and bright.
the rear light is very useful too!

The Gamma is 51 lumens

Have you seen the Zebralights ?
