I am currently drying a piece of wood about 8" x 3". I have waxed both ends, tied up in a plastic bag, and stored in a dry place in the garden. When should i move it into the shed/ house?I want to avoid cracking.

Thanks,

I leave mine out for about 8-10 weeks before bringing them in but longer if it's winter then leave them to dry a further 8-10 weeks inside and i've never had anything split on me yet, touch wood lol
