Drying soft oatcakes in a dehydrator, advice please.

Could any of the regular users of dehydrators give some advice on what settings I should try first in order to dry to crispness Staffordshire soft oatcakes?

Herselfs machine is adjustable up to 70 degrees and has the usual timer. When I get access to the only live fire place in the house ( currently hidden behind masses of storage boxes) I'll do it the old school way but in the mean time I'll use what we've got.

My old cookery book says 30-40 degrees .

Cheers Janne, I'm trying it at 40 degrees for two hours, checking and flipping if needed after one.
