Its been on the internet (and Slate and Wired mags) so I think they're getting their message out to a general audience (and thanks Rev for the post, I hope it takes off with the people that need it). Also (and I'm totally guessing here) maybe their main marketing effort is aimed at aid agencies and NGOs dealing with water quality in the developing world so we wouldn't necessarily be exposed to it.
