There is other fungi groups for differant areas of the country. It good place to learn to techneques for IDing fungi, but there is some prejudice about collecting for the pot within mycology circles. Some mycologists I feel are unessercerely alarmist about food foraging and the environmental effects, but this prejustice is waning. The northern ireland group run a website that is excellant

these guys seem to be members of that main body

and from their website this group at least seem to be oks on eating them
but ive yet to go along and see
at least it may help with ID when i go out on my own later
