Dog Panniers

Anyone ever made/bought any dog panniers?

If so they have to be cheap! (yet reasonable quality) and ride high on the dogs shoulders!

Check out my pooch trying on some side pouches, I think with the addition of a chest strap and some bungee across the back to spread the weight it would work quite well, and the dog wasn`t to upset,
