Yes, for cuben fibre and some bits from easton for over a grand £ seems absurd.

btw one thing about the UFO mentioned by OP - it appears to be sewn construction - IMO the bonded construction is a better technique for cuben projects

been using cuben fibre gear from MLD for over 3 years now with absolutely no problems and at a fraction of the cost of that tent, thats just a mental price, surely it must be an error, i could buy 4 MLD Duomids for that, maybe its that price cause they give you a free man servant to carry your tent for you and thats why its so ultralight lol.
