I made one of these last winter as I made a sheath that I wanted to use as an easily detachable dangler and came up with the same idea

They work great. Several folk commented on the design, I'm sure you will sell all of these, they look good.

If you look at the photo in Mesquite's post, the two on the right of the picture are now sold.

Thats a nice idea badger, could you put an oval maillon rapide in the loop so you could make any standard sewn belt sheath into a double dangler?
Couldn't find cheap small maillons yet..........

Just to say I got my dangler from Red over the weekend. It's a very nicely doddled dangler as well. Nice touch with the S Red I do like

LP's post leads me onto my question. How do I fit it to a standard sheath if the ring is solid and can't be fixed on through the belt loop on the sheath? Sorry if I seem dumb but I can't work it out looking at your pics.

That's what I thought, just wanted to check in case Red had some ingenious method of attaching Thanks Bernie.

I put the ring on to act as a backup lock for the press studs, as well as for use for a lanyard attachment point.
