Decent Chrome Oxide in the UKGreet

Hi folks.
I'm looking for some good chrome oxide that can be bought in the UK.
I need it for the purpose of leather stropping my blades.
Something similar to the Bark River green/black compounds would be ideal.
I bought some green chrome oxide on ebay uk but the stuff is too hard and impossible to
rub into the leather evenly. I then got some white compound from a different company but
I experienced the same problem.
Any advice is appreciated.
