A kiridashi is a traditional Japanese knife that is used as a utility knife as
well as carving.

Lovely Kiridashi, it has perfect proportions in beautiful steel and its made for one of us gifted few
I must make one similar for marking out furniture in the day job (the key use of Kiridashi to japanese carpenters to ensure a vertical shoulder to the joint hence them being handed) I've been meaning to for a long time and tilting a stanley knife just isnt going to be good enough after seeing this.
