i while ago i was asked if i could re grind a folder blades bevel, i politely turned the job down due to concerns of overheating or otherwise ruining the blade... a few weeks later and im asked again and relent. the blade arrived this afternoon by post and this evening its done! plenty of dunking every pass on the grinder to keep it cool... slow going but the blade never got more than warm

Tidy work!

I've been there with the not wanting to deal with a finished knife like that. One slip and you've messed up a fine knife and then end up footing the bill for it!

Very good job you did there mate - this was for sure a job for an old chinese who has more patience than years .
