Custom SCANDI Grind Blade for Peasant Knife?

I'm trying to find out how used to make these as I've lost my paperwork, I think it might of been Dave Budd and if it was Big Sorry from me. I brought this SUB 3'' SCANDI GROUND Blade with Bottle Opener with Flint Striker yr's ago for the Bigger Peasant knife to make a UK Legal Carry and it's Hardly been used, So I'm gonna Sell it but I'd like to know who made it and how much they are.

I doubt it was made by Dave as he has a real dislike to scandi grinds and doesn't normally have them on anything he makes unless it's appropriate for the tool being made.

Pics of your knife might help with an ID of it as well.
