Some background info here from one of our favourite outlets:
https://heinnie.com/maratac-brass-embassy-pen/
Sublime machining and immaculate fit and finish.
These are the updated versions which did away with the o-rings and rely on precision machining to ‘lock’ the lid in place when you tighten it on.
Both purchased from new
Fishers refills both fairly recently replaced.
Im just having a purge at the moment of stuff i haven't used in a while.
The Stainless Steel unit was produced in a limited batch of about 500 i believe. It has less aggressive knurling than the brass.
supplied with a ‘Medium’ nib
The Brass one has a nice patina which happened within about a month of opening.
Supplied with a ‘Medium’nib.
Thanks as always for looking.
(Also posted for sale elsewhere)
