I have removed a couple of posts that were going down the piracy route.
Generally speaking, the full episodes of BBC programs which may be found on Youtube are not there with the permission of the BBC. Pointing this out is fine, and if the programs are not available on DVD doing a search of Youtube is your best bet. Providing links to play lists is getting a little dodgy. Stating that it is your play list, or you have copied and published the files used in the play list definitely dodgy. Please don't offer or promote breach of copy right and IP piracy on this forum. All the BBC DVDs and VHS that I have bought have warnings at the start that the content is copyright and not for copying or redistribution. That the BBC have not released the programs on DVD is irrelevant to the law, its still piracy even if you would have bought it if it was available.
If anyone actually gets permission from the BBC to copy and redistribute, please take it to Tony before attempting to use BCUK as a distribution platform.
However, based upon this thread, which the OP probably found before posting again, permission seems rather unlikely.

Sorry for the downer folks, but your understanding is appreciated.
