Like this except the beer. On my last day on holiday I am spent over 2.5 hours in the sea swimming, floating and drifting around. Totally chilled but it was strange how you'd get changes in water temperature. It can get cold near the surface and strangely warm by your legs at times when a wave passes as you are upright.

No idea how it why a patch of warm water would be down at lower leg depths. It was not me neither in case you're thinking it's pee from me!
Everything moves in spirals

Next time go to the west coast of Ireland on holiday . It tanks it down here everyday and the word sun has been removed from the dictionary, xxxxx

I’ve noticed the same thing on a couple of hot trips, it just seems to knock me out more than it used to. What’s helped me is carrying one of those little handheld fans with a spray bottle, sounds a bit daft but it really takes the edge off when you’re walking around. I also keep a thin cotton bandana in my bag, soak it in cold water and wrap it round my neck, it cools you down fast. I try to stick to shaded streets or duck into a café for a quick sit down rather than powering through in the sun, and swapping fizzy drinks for coconut water or even just plain milk has worked better for me when I start to feel wiped out.
