Cooking bread on hot rock.

Hi all. I'm just back from a six month motorcycle adventure of South America and saw some amazing bush craft skills in everyday use..

First one, cooking lovely bread on how rocks places at a fireside.

I've seen this done but never known the full methodology involved.

What's good bread dough recipe and what kind of rocks to use etc ??

I use a bakestone/girdle for my bannock cooking - very similar technique I would think.
