Hi all been a wee while since I have logged on and when I did it says my access has been restricted and I need to contact admin which I have tried anyone help out please

The best way forward is to either report your own post (click the little triangle at the bottom of your and each, posting) or to drop a combined PM to whichever Mods and/or Admin might be showing as currently logged in to the forum.
It's a busy time at the moment, what with the Moot. So it might take some time to gain the needed response(s).
