Compass sale?

Not sure if this is the best place to put this but I recently obtained an m73 compass, the guy I swapped with said it was in mils. Unfortunately it's an Iraqi version which has a strange scale of 6000 rather than the 6400 you get withils.
My question is where would be the best place to sell it, from searching it seems fairly rare so might go for a good price.

As I understand it, a Mils compass is not as accurate as you think..

A 'mil' is supposed to give you a 1m arc at 1km distance.. which would mean a circle has 6283-ish Mils in it (if my memory of Trig is correct?)
NATO countries rounded it up to 6400 Mils to a circle, whilst Soviet block countries rounded down to 6000 Mils to a circle...

other than that, no idea on value - is it manufactured by Francis Barker or another company?
