Coconut Mug

Hi, i was just wondering, has anyone made a mug out of a coconut? e.g like the one in JF's excellent DIY bushcrafting book would like to see pics of how they turned out as i've never actually seen one

yea, i normally buy 3 and try to break them as cleanly in half as possible and then sand them down to the right size. if your wondering how to make them stand up then what you need to do is take the other half, saw of the top so you just have a ring of coconut shell, and glue it to the bottom of the cup, making it flat enough to stand up
i dont have any pics unfortunately... i will do another and take a pic.
