uk mainly in the Midlands though
I have recently purcahsed a couple of cheap ferro rods which are copies of more well known names. I thought people might be interested in them. the copy of the exotac do take the exotac spare rods so if you are not happy with the rod it comes with you can get a proper replacement rod from Hienne Hayes for about £3/4

I bought the lot and am currently doing a side by side test with the originals and so far they are doing well and for a fraction of the price.

The Firemaple FMP 70 are the OEM for the UST Spark Force, and these are very good, as is the striker. The Exotac clone is a good ferrorod, but the striker is not very good, however using the back of a knife or another striker the rod throws a shower of sparks. DX also sell refills for the Exotac clone >>>>Refill<<<<
