Ceramic Blade Sharpening?

Morning, Anyone know if it's possible to re-sharpen a Single Bevel Mini S.E.R.E Ceramic razor Blade, As I was giving a demo to a bunch of ex forces mate's at one of there home's last night and one of the muppet's started cutting through his stainless steel watch band instead of his restraint's.
any help welcomed.

I had a Kyocera kitchen knife.
I have various diamond gritted sharpening ’stones’.

Tried. Failed.
Dumped knife in the canal.
( did not want to send the knife to the US for sharpening)

I considered that excellent way, but realized the guys that collect the garbage are not into scarification, heavy duty piercings and, geerally speaking, body modification!
