i was thinking about the moot and the competitions this year bows etc and i thought that it would be great to have a catapult comp next year i have spoken to tony about this and he seems in favor of it a few rules though
1/it must be a home made catapult and must be made of wood
2/ammo can be mint imperials, small pebbles, ceramic beans the ones you use for cooking with.
3/you can use theraband elastic or hollow tube rubber for the bands
4/if you want you can bling it up and i will donate something for the blingiest catty is that a word ?
5/there will be 2 groups i.e. children up to 14 and then adults
6/all participants must donate a little prize to enter (something bushcrafty)
so what do you think ?if you like the idea show your interest here

Mint imperials make brilliant ammo for plinking too! Think most people here would be interested in this. And I'm sure you'll find many people willing to donate something useful and or unique!
