Canoeing in Scandinavia

Just wondering if anybody know of a nice coffee table type book with canoe trips in Sweden, Norway and Finland, would be a present for my dad.
Obvioulsly the more pictures the better with some background to each area.
If you know of any canoe guide books that cover the lakes and rivers of Varmland in Sweden this would also help on my planning for next years trip
