Re wild camping in Czech lands - there is a heated discussion here... If you are doing it hobo style / cowboy camping one night at a place and keep clear of national parks and protected areas, you should be fine. With a hammock too, most likely.. if you are using tent, still, try to keep clear of national parks etc. and just keep to your senses and be discreet.
In some areas there are some chances to use wooden structures, in the south - Šumava national park - there are some official overnighting places - not very nice and tend to get crowded...
Bushcrafting has a following here to and can be tolerated - just use your common sense - and hide well And depending on the season try not to provoke wild boars
