I would hazard a guess at around the 15kg mark Monetry value? Well this is a swap thread so anything around 40 - 50 quid maybe? as it'll cost a few bob to send I reckon But that's just by my reckoning, if the swap is interesting enough then monetary value doesn't always have to match.
