I bought some Clipper's from them and all was fine.
I then bought a couple of lighters yet had to return them as the caps were held on by gravity and would not stay in place unless the lighters remained perfectly upright!
Months later, I'm still trying to obtain a refund of the P&P incurred to return the lighters, Camelot are ignoring my repeated requests to be reimbursed for the cost of the return.
So far, I've lost time and money and only have the patronizing, sarcastic email response from Camelot, rather than my reimbursed costs.
