For anyone in travelling distance of Petersfield in Hants, Butser Ancient Farm is running some interesting courses over the Summer.

Apart from the Bushcraft Skills courses, they are also doing Flint Knapping, Coracle Making, Bronze Age Axe, Sword & Sun Disk Making, Hedge Laying and lots of others.

It's a fascinating place just for a day out too.
