Hi there,
has anyone come up with a reasonably robust but lightweight storage option for the bushlite candle lantern, I know that when closed up the glass should be protected but would still like something to protect it a bit more.
Cheers

I took one of the closed cell foam camping mats and cut it up. I stitched it into tubes and using the inner threads I'd pulled from a length of paracord. Strengthened over the seam with duct tape.
Seems to work fine.
One old camping mat made covers for two Tilley/Coleman lamps, a Bushlight and three Uco lights too. Enough scraps to make a padded inner for the bag for my Kelly Kettle.
I worried about the fuels degrading the foam mat stuff, but it's lasted for years now.

Extendable storage tube is what you are looking for in form.

I have such a two piece extendable tube (75mm wide) that came with a tool inside similar to below:

That's exactly the sort of thing I was thinking of, I've also had tools etc delivered in similar but searching lead to way too many different options and nothing right!
Thank you loads.
