Bushlite candle issue

Your views, comments, tricks and tips all greatly received people:

I purchased a couple of Bushlites on the group buy, unfortunately I haven't had the time to try them out until firework night! yep, been that busy!...

now I purchased some candles from ikea and subsequently had to reduce them on length, they did/do however seem to move freely up and down inside the tube.

however, once lit, they seem to go out within 5 mins, and don't seem to auto feed down the tube?

any idea's???????/

just done a quick search, found some info so going to give it a try by shaving with aa tato pealer first, then buying some paraffin candles!

Not sure about the Ikea candles, but I know that Price's Household Candles (which are available in some supermarkets) fit perfectly width-wise although you still need to cut an inch or so from the bottom.
