With the arrival of the better weather here's a suggestion to spread interest in bushcraft among your friends and neightbours:
Consider having a 'bushcraft barbie', after all the essence of a barbaque is cooking outdoors over an open fire, and there are lots of interesting foods you can get people to try, especially if you don't tell them too much of what's in it. Even if you have a fairly conventional barbie but do a bit of Bannock bread to put the bought burgers in it will make it a bit different.
At the moment I can't do this (try having a BBQ in a 1 bedroom flat), but when I've moved in July it's definately on my list of things to do.
