Bunny Rabbits for the pot

Hi,
I'm looking for 25-30 rabbits for some Scouts to butcher.
I'm assuming skins intact but minus the innards to stop the meat spoiling.
Does anyone in Surrey or nearabout have access to that many rabbits or know where I might find them?
Don't need them until May so trying to get ahead of the game.

Also, I'm presuming there's no issue with freezing rabbits so that I can collect them piecemeal and have them all ready at the same time?

Try your local butchers It's where I've got them in the past for the same thing.

freezing is no problem, makes it easier to transport and store at camp too.

and beware of fainting scouts!

you could try the local game dealer, they should be able to get them cheaper than the butchers, and all in a one go too....

That's quite a lot of Rabbits maybe you could contact a farmer or two and see if they can help. Maybe a farmers market.
