Books on flora and fauna in Scandinavia

Hi, I am planning a trip visiting Norway, Sweden and possibly Finland, does anybody know of any books printed in English that cover the flora and fauna of either Scandinavia as a whole or any country individually, I have been researching on line and have found lots of information but would really like to get hold of some books aswell.
