I have a used, ex army, front opening bivi bag in olive green (like the Endicotts dutch bags, but unmodified - see here) that I used a few times and then bought a lightweight one (it weighs about 1kg). It has straps for holding a sleeping mat.

Don't know how much it will cost to post but you can have it for £20. PM me if you're interested.
