Look out for one of those neoprene coke can covers that keep you pop cool in the summer. We got given them in Iraq but I didn't use it and never thought of an alternative use for it and binned it. A shame now you mention the candle lantern cover!

Joethefish mentions a 5mm 2 piece wetsuit that might do the job.
